Description

What makes this dish a standout is its versatility—you can personalize it with various toppings like fresh microgreens, juicy cherry tomatoes, or a dash of chili flakes for added heat. Perfect for any time of the day, this toast is as delicious as it is easy to prepare.  

 


Ingredients

– 2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted  

– 1 ripe avocado  

– 2 tablespoons cream cheese (plain or flavored)  

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice  

– 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes  

– Salt and pepper to taste  

– Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, microgreens, sesame seeds  


Instructions

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.  

2. Stir in the lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to season the mashed avocado.  

3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the toasted bread slices.  

4. Layer the mashed avocado on top of the cream cheese, spreading it evenly.  

5. Add optional toppings like cherry tomatoes, microgreens, or sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.  

6. Serve immediately and enjoy your vibrant and nutritious toast!
