Description

Ingredients

– 2 large monster crab claws (pre-cooked)  

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted  

– 3 cloves garlic, minced  

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped  

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme  

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika  

– 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)  

– 1 tablespoon olive oil  

– Lemon wedges for serving  

– Salt and pepper to taste  


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).  

2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.  

3. Place the monster crab claws on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over the claws to prevent sticking.  

4. Generously brush the butter mixture over the crab claws, ensuring they are well-coated.  

5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the claws are heated through and the butter mixture is slightly caramelized.  

6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
