Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if using skin-on, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey soy glaze over them.
5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze thickens.
6. Remove the salmon from the skillet and drizzle any remaining glaze over the top.
