Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
